Optra IQ crew tracking is designed to respect employee privacy while giving you the operational visibility you need.
On-the-Clock Only
Location tracking is active only during authorized working periods — not during personal time.
Employee Permissions
Employees are informed of tracking policies and tracking respects company-configured permissions.
Job-Linked Tracking
Location data is tied to job records, providing operational context rather than continuous surveillance.
Transparent to Employees
Employees can see their own tracking status and history through the Optra IQ employee app.
